Palmer Trained Chiropractic Adjustments

Both Doctors Sonny and Anna completed their chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic, the Fountainhead of Chiropractic.  Palmer Methods or Palmer Package adjustments are specific, artful and extremely effective.

Corrective Care

There are two ways of going about your health and chiropractic care; getting acute relief of a problem and hoping that it doesn’t come back or getting relief and correcting the underlying problem to mitigate the chances of the problem coming back.  At Chester Creek Chiropractic, we have a great amount of expertise in developing corrective care plans for our patients and giving them the best recommendations for relief and getting them back to their daily routines and beyond. We always give our patients the option of what care works for them at the time.

Function Rehabilitation

Dr. Sonny received his bachelor’s of science degree in exercise physiology at Michigan State University and has completed post-graduate training as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.  This knowledge base helps in guiding you through specific exercises that will assist in your healing and prevention of future injuries. Exercise programs are prescribed and demonstrated to the patient along with a digital at home Physitrack program.

Active Release Techniques

Dr. Anna is an Elite Provider for Active Release Techniques (ART) and incorporates this therapy in her treatment protocols.  Active Release Techniques (ART) are a soft tissue method that focuses on relieving tissue tension via the removal of fibrosis/adhesions which can develop in tissues as a result of overload due to repetitive use.  This technique was made famous with the work it has and does with Ironman Triathlons. Dr. Anna held a ten plus year contract with SC Johnson Co and helped reduce work-related injuries and increase production for the company through the use of ART.

Digital X-Ray Suite

We offer a full digital onsite x-ray suite within our clinic.  This reduces wait time for evaluation and treatment and improves on clinical outcomes bettering patient success rates.  If needed, a unique x-ray study is performed called a Motion Study of the spine and this helps pinpoint the exact cause of the problem area.

Supplements and Products

We only recommend supplements and products that we know work and trust.  For this reason, we have True Botanical and Floyd’s of Leadville supplements.  We also carry Chiropractic Biophysics Denneroll spinal curve correction orthotics that, if needed,  are fitted for each individual by the doctors.

Prenatal and Pediatric 

Dr. Anna is Webster technique certified.  A chiropractic adjustment called the Webster technique is a specific sacral adjustment to help facilitate the mother's pelvic alignment and nerve system function. This in turn balances pelvic muscles and ligaments, reduces torsion to the uterus. This may offer a greater potential for optimal fetal positioning.

The doctors have done extensive training for pediatric chiropractic care and have specific techniques and equipment to take care of infants to teenagers.

TPI Certification 

Dr. Sonny has recently become TPI Certified. TPI Medical Certification gives medical professionals golf-specific injury assessment and rehabilitation techniques to get players back in the game.

TPI has spent almost two decades studying one thing – the Body-Swing Connection™. There are injuries associated with the golf swing that few understand better than TPI. Medical Certification looks at how these injuries develop, how to access and treat injuries and how specific physical limitations can be addressed to improve performance. At Chester Creek Chiropractic, we accept a variety of insurances and have in-house billing capabilities for all.

New patient visits can vary from $150-190. There are discount packages available depending on your individual case.
